Detailed HLR report
In addition to the campaigns report, you have access to a detailed report detailing the statuses of all checked numbers for a certain period.
To go to it, click Details in the menu
You can specify the checking period. By default, the report shows data for campaigns completed in the last 7 days.
Dashboard
At the top of the report, you see a dashboard with basic summary: the number of campaigns sent, the number of delivered/failed requests, and the total cost of HLR for the selected period.
Statistics on traffic sources
Below the dashboard is a graph of the statistics of sent and delivered requests by day.
The source of traffic in this case is the data transfer method used in the campaign: API or WEB (that is, from the BSG user account).
Status report
Сводный отчет по результатам кампаний, проведенных за период.
In the Application for HLR block, you can view the number of contacts sent for verification, as well as statistics of sent and delivered requests.
The Check result block shows the most important data: the number of active, inactive and unidentified contacts during checks for the selected period.
In the far right block you see a layout of contacts into ported and non-ported, as well as data on the number of contacts found in roaming at the time of the check, and contacts not in roaming.
Country report
Data on sent and delivered requests for each country.
Summary report on the results of campaigns carried out for the period
List of all verified numbers
The most important part of the report! Every number of every campaign is counted here.
The list itself contains all the important data for each number:
- the recipient's phone number
- request status (sent/delivered/undelivered)
- date the request was sent
- operator information
To find out more information about a request for a certain number, click on its line.
We tried to give the most detailed information about the HLR check for each number.
So the following data is stored for each number:
- campaign source,
- tariff,
- message type (HLR)
- name of the campaign, for which the number verification request was sent;
- request status;
- time of sending and delivery of the request;
- cost of the request debited from your balance;
- where the request was sent;
- encoding of sent messages — GSM 03.38.
How to download the detailed HLR report?
Downloading a detailed report with specification by numbers may be needed for in-depth analysis of the contact base or for further work on segmentation of the contact base.
You can download the detailed report laid out by contacts and send the file to yourself by email.
Download the detailed report on the Details tab in the section of the selected service (HLR).
If you want to download all numbers checked during the specified period:
1) check the leftmost box,
2) click the Select action field in the top line of the list;
3) select Send report to email;
4) press Send.
For security reasons, we send reports to the managing email.
If you need to download only some contacts that fit certain conditions (for example, checked during one specific campaign, or all contacts in roaming), first use the filter, and then check the far left box and send the report using a group action.
How to filter the contacts you need to download the report
You can use filters to download the report only by phone numbers you need.
To do this, use the filters at the top of the list with a detailed report by numbers.
Choose Advanced filter to set filtering conditions.
In a new modal window, you set the conditions for the filter.
1) Specify the field based on which the selection will be carried out.
This way you can filter contacts by the following fields:
- campaign ID,
- state: the current status of the check (planned, moderated, sent, etc.);
- recipient's phone number
- delivery date: the date the request was made;
- status on the check result: active, inactive, unknown;
- if a contact is ported
- if a contact is roaming
2) After selecting the field for which you want to apply the condition, set the condition itself:
equal/not equal: indicates full match;
bigger than, less than, bigger than or equal, less than or equal: to configure the search range for values in numerical format (for example, for campaign ID, date of request);
starts with, ends with, contains, does not contain, empty/non-empty field: for example, you can find only the contacts with a specific operator code.
3) Set the required value for the selected condition.
You can use multiple conditions to narrow down or expand your sample. To set another condition for the filter, click Add Condition.
1) Choose whether all conditions must be met in order for the contact to be included in the selection, or if any of the conditions is enough.
By clicking All, you narrow the selection down to phone numbers that exactly match all conditions.
By clicking Any of, you expand the selection, since it will include all numbers that match one of the conditions.
2) Apply a filter.
When you have finished setting conditions, you can immediately apply them or save the filter for future use in My Filters.
To save your filter, click the Save to My Filters button.
Now you can apply the saved conditions at any time by simply clicking on My filters at the top of the list of contacts and selecting the filter you want.
