Create a message
To create a Viber campaign, go to the Viber section in the top menu
or click Create in the side menu and select Viber from the drop-down list.
In a new window, specify the name of the campaign (it is required for the subsequent identification of the campaign; it will be visible only to you in the list of campaigns and in reports)
You can go through all the necessary steps in order, or go straight to creating a message, and specify the recipients and the sender later.
Create messages for sending via Viber in the "Text" field.
Remember that, like in SMS messaging, there is a limit on the number of characters in Viber.
The maximum message length is 1000 characters, including spaces.
To speed up your work, use one of the previously created templates.
To open the list of templates, click on the Templates drop-down menu above the text editor.

The customers who click the unsubscribe link will be added to the stop list for future campaigns.
A stop list is a list of contacts who will not receive your sms or Viber campaigns, even if their contacts are in the lists.
A contact can be added to the stop list for several reasons:
- you have blocked this contact yourself,
- this recipient has clicked the unsubscribe link that you added to one of the messages.
How to add a button to a message
In the Button name field, enter your call to action that you expect from a customer, or any other name for the button.
Below, specify the link where the button should go: a section on your website, a link to a Telegram channel, and so on.
The main thing is that the link is specified correctly, with https:// or http://
