There are three ways to add recipients to an HLR campaign: by adding an existing list from the contact book, by importing numbers from a file, or by using the clipboard.
1) To select previously downloaded contacts, check the box next to "Contact book" item and click Add list to go to the selection.
In an opened contact book window, mark one or several lists.
2) The second available way to download contacts is to transfer them using the clipboard.
This is how you can copy numbers from an Excel document, a Google spreadsheet, or from any other source.
Copy one or more contacts specified in a column and add them to the text area in the opened modal window.
Note! You can immediately clear the list of duplicates and incorrect numbers before adding it. Select Clean, and all duplicates will be removed from the list. Moreover, all numbers regardless of their original spelling will be displayed in numerical format without unnecessary spaces, brackets and other characters.
3) To import contacts from your device, check the “Contacts from file” item and click on the “Import file” button to select files from your computer.
Available formats: TXT, CSV, XLS/XLSX, ZIP, size no more than 10 MB.
We don’t limit the number of contacts in a file, only its size.
Indicate what field separator is used by checking the box.
Drag the file to the marked area or click on it to find the file on your device.
When the file is uploaded, the system will ask you to select the fields to be used (name, phone number, personal link, and so on).
The phone field is enough, since it will be used for HLR campaign.
