To view Viber campaign reports, go to the Campaign reports page in the Viber section.

On a new page you will find a list of all Viber campaigns (that is, all bulk and one time campaigns) with basic data for a quick assessment.
Let's take a look at them:
The list contains the following campaign data:
- campaign name
- campaign type (instant or scheduled)
- status (with creation and end dates)
- campaign results: the number of sent, delivered and read messages.
What you can do with the list of campaigns: sorting, filters
1. Sort
You can change the order of displaying campaigns in the list by clicking sort icons next to the name field in the top row:
- sort by name: in alphabetical or reverse alphabetical order;
- sort by messaging type: start the list with scheduled or instant ones;
- by sender: organize messagings by sender's name in alphabetical order;
- by statistics: from the one with more sent messages to those with less sent messages.
Click on the update data icon next to the Status heading to update information about the current status of campaigns. Along with the status update, the statistics will also be updated if it has somehow changed since the page was opened (relevant for messagings that have not yet expired).
2. Download report
You can download a report directly from the general spreadsheet by clicking on the Action field in the row of the required report.
3. Filter only the required campaigns
You can work with the general list or set filters to select only the campaigns you need. To create your own filter, choose the Advanced filter link
4. View detailed report for each campaign
To view results of a campaign in more detail, click "more" checkmark next to the campaign name. This will open a detailed report.
At the top of the detailed report, you see 3 blocks of information.
Delivery Rate
this is an indicator of deliverability, it means the proportion of delivered messages from the total number of sent messages.
In addition to Delivery Rate as a percentage, this block contains:
- total number of contacts from the recipients list,
- number of sent, delivered and undelivered messages,
- Not a Viber user: the number of contacts from the list who don’t use Viber but received your campaign via SMS (if you enabled this option when creating your campaign).
Open rate
this is a number of opened messages, it means the proportion of opened and viewed messages from the total number of delivered messages.
In addition to the percentage of opened messages, here you will find the line Total open.
this is a click-through rate (the percentage of clicks on a link from the total number of open messages). It is considered, of course, only if the sms contained a link.
Under the statistics dashboard, the campaign report also contains additional information: a data table on the left, and a preview of the campaign on the right.
