How to use the detailed Viber report
A detailed report on sent messages can be found on the Details page in the Viber section.
On this page you can view the most detailed statistics: data on each contact number to which campaigns were sent during the selected period.
By default, the report contains information for the last 7 days, but you can change the period to one of the suggested ones: last 30 days, last week, current week, previous or current month, or any arbitrary date range.
To select an arbitrary period, indicate the start and end dates of the period in the calendar to set the dates you need.
Dashboard. Upper information block
The dashboard displays:
- number of messages sent,
- number and percentage of delivered messages from the total number of sent ones,
- number and percentage of undelivered messages,
- number and percentage of opened (read) messages,
- total cost of all messages sent during the period
Under the dashboard of the upper block you will also find statistics on traffic sources: messages sent, delivered and read, launched via the API or via the user account.
Report on messages status: the third major dashboard block, which shows full statistics on messages for the selected period, indicating the number and proportion of the total number of messages for each status:
delivered,
- read,
- require moderation,
- sent,
- delivered,
- scheduled,
- messages replaced by sms (if the contact doesn’t use Viber)
- undelivered,
- with the "unsuccessful" status,
- overdue,
- and with the status "unknown": this happens very rarely in the event of any failure, when we don’t know if a message was received.
Below you can see the sending statistics broken down by country and operators within that country. If you want, you can expand all operators on the page using a special switch at the top left of this block.
You can also hide the entire dashboard by moving the Dashboard switch to an inactive (grey) position.
Detailed report on messages
Below the dashboard (if it is enabled), there is a detailization by message for each used contact.
In this report, without opening each message you can see their contact ID in the system, recipient's phone number, message status (delivered, read, scheduled, etc.), message sent date, sender's name, small preview image, message text. In the line of each message you can perform certain actions, in particular, copy the number, ID, text or all data.
By clicking on the message field, you will get even more detailed information:
The cost of one message, its status, where it was sent, source (WEB or API), campaign name, recipient’s phone number, your tariff, message validity period, message size (in bytes), encoding, date of receipt, sending date and DLR date.
Group actions in the message report
You can select them manually using the advanced filter, or simply mark all messages for the selected period and download them in one file.
To do this, mark the selected messages and click on the Select action field.
The action Send report to email will become available to you.
Click on it and then Send.
